Facilitators, Co-facilitators, and Staff

Amadon DellErba

Founder

As a Sedona native, Amadon's character has been shaped by the striking red landscape surrounding him. He forged a deep connection to nature through challenging trail runs, rugged hikes, invigorating swims in Oak Creek, and mountain biking across Majestic Sedona's demanding terrain. In constant pursuit of self-mastery, Amadon explores unflinching personal growth through his podcast "Get Real Or Die Trying." His dedication to development comes from studying under respected spiritual teachers who've guided his path.

A near-death experience and overcoming multiple serious physical injuries over the years awakened his respect for genuine strength and resilience. For over 15 years, he's stood as a community leader, creating unique events where people experience authentic spiritual transformation. As CEO of Global Change Media, he delivers content offering spiritual principles through impactful media, music, and art. Amadon focuses his considerable drive on developing Avalon EcoVillage—a 227-acre sustainable community pioneering a new paradigm in Southern Arizona.

A devoted father and husband who honors his family responsibilities, Amadon lives with a clear purpose: guiding others toward spiritual growth and personal elevation—leading people Godward and Upward.
