Amadon DellErba
Founder and Facilitator
A Sedona native, raised in a spiritual intentional ecovillage with deep roots in its dramatic red rock landscape, Amadon has cultivated a profound bond with nature through demanding trail runs, rugged hikes, cold swims in Oak Creek, and technical mountain biking on challenging terrain.
His relentless drive for self-mastery shines through his podcast Get Real or Die Trying, where he explores authentic personal transformation, spiritual resilience, and purposeful living. Guided by respected spiritual teachers over many years, he draws from advanced revelatory teachings to support profound growth.
A near-death experience combined with recovery from multiple serious injuries has forged in him a deep reverence for true strength, resilience, and the fragility of life. For over 15 years, Amadon has served as a community leader and speaker on men's development, leadership, conscious ethics, and sustainable living—creating transformative events and experiences that foster genuine spiritual awakening.
As CEO of Global Change Media, he produces conscious media, music, and art infused with timeless spiritual principles. He channels his energy into developing Avalon EcoVillage, a pioneering 227-acre regenerative community in Southern Arizona that models a new paradigm of interdependent, eco-conscious living.
A dedicated husband and father who prioritizes family, Amadon lives with unwavering purpose: empowering others toward authentic elevation and spiritual ascension—leading people Godward and Upward.
